  • …and rewire our belief system in a way that serves ourselves, the people around us & Pachamama as a whole

My Approach.

If you work with me, we will focus not only on an empowering mindset, but also use the wisdom of the body and tap into your life force energy to facilitate a deep transformational process of liberation.

For this we will use holistic tools to work on the somatic body and energetic body (as well as the mental body). In my work I love to build bridges between tantra, ancient wisdom, shamanism, psychology, non-violent communication, quantum physics & science!

These tools will contribute to integrate all your life experiences in order to transform & resolve even the deepest issues.

This differs from most coaching & psychotherapy in Western society, which is usually very mind-focused. Don’t get me wrong, I believe that mastering your mindset is a key element of making love to life. But when our mind becomes the one fully in charge of our life, it’s very easy to (often unconsciously!) suppress or overrule our feelings & sensations. This can create a huge dis-alignment between the mind, body & soul.

In order to align mind, body & soul and to move from intellectual knowledge to embodied wisdom, I believe it’s very important to work on all three levels:

• Mind: discovering any limiting beliefs that are in the way of making love with life and transforming these into empowering beliefs

• Body: getting in touch with your feelings & sensations and using the wisdom of the body to reveal & transform any blockages, conditioning & objections towards your desires (that may be unconscious to the mind!)

• Soul: making sure that what you desire is really in line with your deep inner truth, and not based on any form of conditioning

Note: If you don’t resonate with the word ‘soul’, I recommend to think of it as the pure consciousness that is within us (though often still unconscious to our mind), which is not conditioned by our life experiences.
