Facilitator, guide and community creator devoted to exploring the depths of love, truth, and authentic connection.
TRUTH AS MY NORTH STAR
Guided by Truth as my North Star, I walk the Tantric path as an embodied exploration of love, consciousness, and life-force energy. Through my work, I create temple spaces and collective & private fields where the full spectrum of human experience is welcome - and whatever arises becomes an invitation into deeper intimacy with self, others, and life.
BRIDGING WORLDS
Rooted in devotional spiritual practice and a background in science and corporate business, I weave together structure and surrender, eros and grounded presence, mysticism and clarity.
MY EXPERIENCE
My facilitation draws from many years of experience in embodiment, conscious intimacy, and relational practices. I am trauma-informed and have trained with organizations such as the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality (Layla Martin), the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), HeartIQ, LiveTantra, and Awaken As Love, where I’m also part of faculty.
I love working through the portal of love and intimacy as a path to liberation and self-realization - supporting awakening, expansion and transformation in ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
