From intimate temple spaces to international festivals and trainings, my work invites deeper presence, embodiment and intimacy - with yourself, others and life itself.

A space to explore the many dimensions of love, truth and aliveness — within ourselves, between us, and beyond.
The Field of Love & Truth is a space to explore what becomes possible when we bring our whole selves into the field.
We begin with the individual body — sensing, feeling, expressing and allowing what is alive within us. We meet ourselves in our sensations, emotions, desires, fears, boundaries and identities.
We then meet in the relational body — exploring connection, intimacy, vulnerability, resonance, giving and receiving. We discover what happens between us when we become more present, more truthful and more vulnerable to one another.
And as we come together, something else begins to emerge: the group body.
The group is not simply a collection of individuals. It becomes a living field with its own energy, movement and intelligence — a field we can sense, listen to and work with.
As we attune to the group body, we can begin to experience ourselves not only as separate individuals, but as part of a larger organism.
We become participants in the collective field — sensing into it, contributing to it, being nourished by it and allowing ourselves to be moved by what is arising within the whole.
We explore what happens when we soften our identification with who we think we are and become more available to what wants to move through us. We give and receive transmissions, work with life-force energy, and explore what it means to open ourselves as a channel for something larger than ourselves.
We follow what is alive — with presence, curiosity and discernment — and allow the field to reveal what wants to unfold.

A collective journey of awakening and evolution.
Awaken as Love is an international community exploring the evolution of human consciousness through Tantra, Shamanism, Biodanza and Integral practices — bringing together maps, tools and embodied experiences to support deeper awareness, love, integration and embodiment.
I’m honoured to be part of the Awaken as Love faculty, facilitating at festivals and trainings around the world.
What I love about this field is that awakening is not seen as only an individual journey. It is also a collective journey of evolution — one in which we learn to include more of ourselves, deepen our capacity for love and connection, and embody new possibilities for how we live and relate.
